It’s been an interesting year. We came into 2020 ready to launch our Travech software into the U.S.A.; instead, a global pandemic hit us halting our U.S. launch. We then received a call seeking our assistance to help 3000 stranded Australians in repatriation flights from India to Australia.

And before you know it, our team was coordinating repatriation flights for the safe arrival of 3000 Australians. Working from home didn’t stop our team from building a ticketing system and taking thousands of calls and emails from our fellow Aussies stranded in India.

During a time when commercial airlines grounded and the aviation industry was at a standstill, Monarc Global rose to the occasion to help where we could. Businesses from around the world reached out to us to help them get their goods and products delivered on time.

Working with our health organisation clients was one of the many highlights for the team. Ensuring the safe delivery of PPE ( personal protective equipment ) and much needed medical supplies to those in need.
The increase in cargo enquiries, lead to the launch of our subsidiary company Cross Border Air Inc. in the U.S.A  and moving over 50 million tonnes of cargo worldwide.

Our solution was simple; we provided our clients with a tailored, cost – effective, reliable and efficient service.

We are far from slowing down. 2021 will see us expand our tech team and build new features for our product Travech ready to launch in the U.S.A.  and we will continue to strengthen our reach worldwide in providing efficient and cost-effective cargo solutions.
